Margaret Masters has been a licensed attorney for over 33 years. Her career  has focused on medical, senior care, products liability  and insurance defense litigation.  She also represented health care professionals in investigations by state licensing boards, government agencies, and professional organizations. As lead counsel in cases tried to verdict, Margaret  secured defense verdicts for her clients in 22 of 22 jury trials and was a named partner in Stinnett Masters & Massey, a medical malpractice firm in Colorado.    Margaret also has prior claims handling experience covering numerous states across the country in the areas of facility negligence and senior care litigation.  The experience Margaret brings to  managing medical malpractice claims and suits is broad and will benefit our members. 

Margaret was named an AV Preeminent® Peer Review Rated attorney,  Martindale Hubbard®.  Her firm was named Best Law Firms by U.S. News & World Report, 2018 & 2019.

Margaret  graduated from South Texas College of Law in 1989, and  is licensed in Texas and Colorado.  She is a member of the Texas Bar Association and The Colorado Bar Association.
