AMS Management Group was established in 2003 by Richard B. Welch and Steven Shapiro, M.D., who believed that a better medical liability solution should exist.
Combining their decades of expertise, they designed one that would instill the best practices of a healthcare clinic — including a collaborative clinical evaluation and underwriting process and a commitment to risk reduction — to result in lower premium rates as well as growth and financial solvency.
