Lee Milizia
Executive Vice President of Accounting and Finance

Lee M. Milizia is a senior accounting and finance executive with more than 20 years of experience in financial leadership, regulatory compliance, and captive insurance management. As Executive Vice President of Accounting and Finance, Lee provides strategic oversight of accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and operational planning, with a focus on strengthening financial processes, supporting informed decision-making, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Previously, Lee held leadership positions with Aon Insurance Managers (USA) Inc., where he oversaw the Southwestern captive service team, managed more than 57 captive entities across the United States and Canada, and supervised a team of ten professionals. Earlier in his career, he was a staff accountant at Miller, Deverell & Company in Vermont, primarily providing tax services.

Lee earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Champlain College.
