Kelly Reddell has been a licensed Texas attorney for over 30 years. The majority of her legal career has been spent in private practice, litigating complex medical cases on behalf of physicians, nurses and hospitals. Kelly’s experience as a litigator in medical negligence cases provides invaluable experience in managing professional liability litigation throughout the country, managing claims brought against physicians and/or practice groups prior to litigation, as well as assisting insured physicians with patient complaints and practice risk issues.
Kelly graduated from SMU School of Law in Dallas. She is a member of the Texas Bar Association and was elected by her peers to the American Board of Trial Advocates in 2002. She is a frequent speaker on current legal trends in medical negligence cases and professional liability issues to residency programs, physician groups and specialty medical organizations.
