Daniel Delfini
Executive Vice President of Distribution & Business Development

Daniel Delfini is Executive Vice President, Distribution & Business Development. Appointed to this position in April 2016, Delfini is responsible for the overall business development functions and for the appointment and management of our distribution channels, including direct sales and independent insurance agents and brokers nationwide.

Dan has been involved with the organization from its earliest days, and has been instrumental in strategic business development, product development and territorial expansion efforts. Delfini has been a main figurehead in the overall growth of the organization, with direct written premium growing to nearly $75 million under his leadership.

Prior to AMS Management Group, he was a key figure in Aon’s Medical Doctor Program in Hatboro, Pennsylvania as Assistant Vice President and National Sales Leader. In that role, he was responsible for the overall production and retention of physicians’ professional liability business throughout the United States.

Prior to joining Aon, Delfini served as Assistant Vice President of Marketing and Business Development Operations for The MIIX Group of Companies, a medical professional liability insurance carrier based in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. Throughout his tenure at MIIX, he served in numerous roles, including direct sales and marketing to physicians and surgeons, physician underwriting and account management.

Delfini received his Bachelor's degree in Business from Kutztown University, with a concentration in Marketing. He is a licensed Property & Casualty and Surplus Lines agent in numerous states.
