Christopher Edge
Vice President, Preferred Programs and New Business Development

Christopher Edge is the Vice President of Preferred Programs and New Business Development. He has been with AMS Management Group for his entire insurance career, spanning more than 16 years.

Christopher began his career as a professional liability underwriter with a focus on physician and physician group accounts. Throughout his tenure, Christopher has furthered his career in new business development and has been an integral part of the successful expansion of AMS RRG into a well-respected national carrier with written premium growing to nearly $75 million.

Most recently, Christopher leads the AMS RRG Preferred Programs, where there is a concentration on developing new business in specific specialties. Within these programs, he works directly with the AMS Specialty Medical Directors to further establish key underwriting criteria and marketing strategies to expand and improve that book of business. To date, these programs have grown in written premium.

Christopher received his Bachelor's degree in Communications from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey. He is a licensed agent in Property & Casualty insurance.
