Aaron joined AMS Management Group in 2026 and has over a decade of experience in the healthcare liability industry.  Aaron serves as Vice President of Litigation Management in New York and California. 

Aaron previously worked as a Claims Attorney for MedPro Group serving the P&S and Hospital Divisions in Arizona, Utah, Nevada, and Colorado. 

Prior to that, Aaron worked at Steed Dunnill Reynolds Murphy Lamberth LLP as a litigator specializing in medical malpractice defense, handling all aspects of litigation including trying cases before jury, and arguing before multiple appellate tribunals.

In law school, Aaron served as an assistant to the Lubbock County District Attorney, as well as judicial clerk for the 72nd and 99th District Courts in Texas.

Aaron attended Texas Tech University School of Law earning a JD with honors, and Texas A&M University earning a BBA in Finance with honors. She currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona. In her spare time, Aaron enjoys hiking Piestewa Peak and Camelback Mountain with her husband and three children.
