Erika Wilson
Vice President of Operations and Human Resources

Erika Wilson is currently Vice President of Operations and Human Resources, where she works directly with the company’s CEO on various items such as budgeting, strategic planning and managing daily operations. In leading our human resources department, she is responsible for talent recruitment, engagement and development, as well as responsibilities that keep the company moving smoothly, such as employee benefits, payroll, health and safety programs.

Prior to joining AMS Management Group in 2012, Erika worked with AMS Management through her role as Managing Director of Carr Workplaces, a leader in workplace office solutions and management. 

Erika received her Bachelors of Science Degree in Psychology from SUNY Cortland.
